Since I’ve made a number of references to my “Top 5 Sandwiches” I thought I’d share the list with you.
In no particular order, here they are:
- Heirloom tomato sandwich (tomatoes from my garden)
- Prosciutto with mozzarella di buffala, arugula and olive oil
- Venison with mayonnaise, grainy mustard, avocado and arugula
- Roasted mushrooms with Havarti, fried arugula and bacon
- Fried egg sandwich (has to have a runny yolk) with bacon (3 types), mayonnaise and Havarti...hell, throw some arugula in there too!
Take note that pork is included in 3 of the 5, but it could easily be added to all of them.
