Day 15 Part 2 - The Head Arrives

I know that some readers are going to be upset by the following pictures, but I'm willing to bet that they're the type of people who belive that the meat they eat never had a face; that meat comes neatly packaged in plastic and styrofoam; that meat comes easily.

If you recognize that meat doesn't come easily, then you should also recognize that every part of the animal should be used.  The head has lots of tasty bits, so there's no reason why it should go to waste.

If you find these photos of the smiling pig head disturbing, maybe you should consider going vegetarian.
